Kathy Hutchinson

Kathy has worked in the real estate financial services industry for the past decade and has underwritten $10+ billion in real estate private equity and credit investments.  Kathy founded Evolve after recognizing the deal underwriting process could be optimized to allow companies increase efficiency and maximize deal volume while maintaining quality of product.  

Kathy was previously a Vice President at Marathon Asset Management where she underwrote floating rate transitional senior loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions. Prior, Kathy was a Vice President at Rialto Capital Management and underwrote senior loans, mezzanine loans, CMBS b-pieces, joint venture, venture capital and corporate entity acquisitions. Kathy started her career at Baird in Real Estate and FIG Investment Banking in M&A advisory, equity and debt transactions. 

Kathy graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics and Minor in Psychology.
